Welcome to PMTools. Our mission is to create 3rd party software tools to assist small companies using ERP/POS systems with reports, data analysis, and data mining. In doing so we will partner with software providers to provide tools to their customer base in order to free up their time to devote to their core product.

PMTools is a grab bag of software tools assisting mail and parcel centers to obtain reporting and detailed data information. Giving users access to data in their PostalMate/POS software. A few of the features of PMTools include:

• Quick visual glance at carrier volume to meet required carrier contract requirements.
  
  
• On-Hold split to separate those accidental combined shipments into an on-hold POS ticket.
  
  
• Missed Tracking application to apply tracking number to shipments that timed out by UPS or Dazzle.
  
  
• Quick access to setting Postal Mailing date.
  
  
• Carrier invoice/bill reconcile routine to match charges in PostalMate to the carrier billing cycle.
  
  
• Carrier count report to give graphical charting representation of carrier health.
  
  
• POS Chat to communicate with other stations in stealth from customers.
  
  
• Daily POS summary that gives a quick view of current and prior days business.
  
  
• Customer sales reports to drill into the best or worst customers.
  
  
• Product sales analysis reports to drill into the best or worst products and departments.
  
  
• Enhanced Mail Box listing reports.
  
  
• Back of the Mail Box Box labels.
  
  
• Export Package ID's to website so customers can search by Package ID.
