License
VSoftwareTools grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the software’s and other products sold through our web site ("the products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by VsoftwareTools (a VonderBurg Ventures, Inc. Company).
Limited Usage Granted
Clients may only use each individual product on a single network. Clients have to purchase another license of the same product once more in order to install on another location regardless of ownership.
Modifications
Clients are not authorized to make any modification(s) to each products code, after purchase of license, to fit their purposes.
Unauthorized Use
Clients may not place our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from VSoftwareTools.
Sub-Licenses
Clients may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from VSoftwareTools.
Ownership
Clients may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of our products modified or unmodified. All products are property of VsoftwareTools (a VonderBurg Ventures, Inc. Company).
Refund and Exchange Policy
Our products are digital files; hence there are no means to physically "return" the product for a refund or exchange. Therefore we do not grant refunds. However, we will replace a damaged file with the same file, if such a request is made.
